On\u00a0August 15<\/strong>\u00a0A<\/span>A<\/span>S<\/span>C<\/span>E<\/span>N<\/span>D<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0hosts a panel discussion about the needs of the autism community at the level of local, state and national politics. Panel participants will include Stacy Shaw, chair of the Autistic Self-Advocacy Network<\/a><\/strong> in Sacramento; Ed Denebeim, board member of the\u00a0FDR Democratic Club<\/a><\/strong> of San Francisco \u2014 an organization dedicated to empowering seniors and people with disabilities;<\/span>\u00a0and Louise Katz, board member of the Autism Society of San Francisco<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and an attorney providing legal services for individuals needing regional center eligibility or services.
