Normal People Scare Me Too, a film about autism\u00a0<\/em><\/span>was inspired by the past and driven by the future in autism. A decade after the award-winning film\u00a0Normal People Scare Me<\/span>\u00a0<\/em>was released,\u00a0Taylor Cross, the film’s co-creator, is at it again. In the new\u00a0Normal<\/em>, he interviews former and new cast members and family about attitudes and first-person perspectives in autism today.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asking questions such as \u201cWhat\u2019s hard for you?\u201d \u201cWhat are you really good at?\u201d \u201cWhat do you want educators, parents and others to know about autism?\u201d and of course, \u201cDo normal people scare you?\u201d, we discover keen insights and opinions while meeting a vibrant cast of characters. A decade ago, most of the film’s subjects were clear that \u201cnormal\u201d was scary. We\u2019ve come a long way since then with answers that will surely amaze and transform the way we perceive so-called \u201cnormal\u201d today.<\/span><\/p>\n

Created by a film\u00a0crew comprised of 75% autistic students and graduates of\u00a0Joey Travolta’s Inclusion Films<\/span>, with music and art created and performed by 65% autistic musicians\/composers\/artists, the new\u00a0Normal<\/em>\u00a0is pleased to be a more inclusive production this time around.\u00a0Normal People Scare Me Too<\/em><\/span>\u00a0<\/em>is driven by\u00a0Taylor Cross,\u00a0<\/em>directed and co-produced by Keri Bowers (Taylor\u2019s mom) and Produced by Joey Travolta.<\/span><\/p>\n
