Advice from a Recruiting Director<\/em><\/h2>\n

On September 7 the\u00a0A<\/span>A<\/span>S<\/span>C<\/span>E<\/span>N<\/span>D<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 Job Club hosts\u00a0Natalie Dunnege<\/strong><\/span>, Recruiting Director at the San Francisco-based recruiting firm Binc<\/a><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

In her work at Binc, Natalie partners with key stakeholders, hiring leaders, and recruiting teams to attract and hire new talent. During her time at the company, Natalie co-founded Binc\u2019s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee, established the\u00a0framework for Binc\u2019s Employee Resource Groups, created a volunteer partnership to teach interview skills, and contributed to employee trainings covering a range of topics such as neurodiversity, DEI vocabulary, inclusive hiring, interviewer training, and conflict resolution.<\/p>\n
