This conference will bring&nbsp;together neurodivergent individuals, employers, service agencies, educators and students, parents, and professionals from all areas of the field. It will be a groundbreaking event: Don&#8217;t miss it, and it&#8217;s <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>FREE!<\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;Info and registration&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/med.stanford.edu\/neurodiversity\/ncw.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a><\/strong>.)<\/p>\n<hr>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On <strong style=\"color: red;\">September 12<\/strong> (<em>NOT the usual 1st Saturday!<\/em>) the <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">A<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">A<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">S<\/span><span style=\"color: #339966;\">C<\/span><span style=\"color: #33cccc;\">E<\/span><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">N<\/span><span style=\"color: #800080;\">D<\/span><\/strong> <strong>Job Club<\/strong> meeting <strong>via Zoom<\/strong> will feature<strong> Patricia Wright,<\/strong> PhD, the Vice President of Program Development for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nextforautism.org\"><strong>NEXT for Autism<\/strong><\/a>. NEXT for AUTISM is a nationwide organization that works with employers to implement autism employment initiatives. It has several initiatives here in California, including with Cintas, JP Morgan Chase, and other major employers. Dr. Wright will discuss these initiatives, the job opportunities during the pandemic and in the post-pandemic economy.  <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"220\" height=\"276\" src=\"http:\/\/www.aascend.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Patricia-Wright.png\" alt=\"Patricia Wright\" class=\"wp-image-3184\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Wright has served the autism community for over 30 years, including as national Director of Autism Services for Easter Seals, and currently as Senior VP at NEXT, where she develops innovative program options to increase employment, education and healthcare options for adults with autism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As usual, <span style=\"color: #339966;\">attendees on the spectrum will offer their experience and perspectives&nbsp;throughout the program.<\/span> Bring your questions!
