Continuing A<\/strong><\/span>A<\/strong><\/span>S<\/strong><\/span>C<\/strong><\/span>E<\/strong><\/span>N<\/strong><\/span>D<\/strong><\/span>‘s\u00a0tradition of enjoyable walks together (while we await a return to our pandemic-closed meeting space), on Saturday November 19th<\/mark> <\/strong>we’ll explore Ft Funston<\/strong>,<\/mark> in the southwest corner of San Francisco. This will be a pleasant and easy walk in a beautiful seaside location. We’ll convene at 11am<\/mark><\/strong> in the parking lot by the hang-glider launch point (<\/strong><\/mark>X<\/mark><\/strong> on the maps, here’s a map link<\/a>). <\/strong><\/mark>The Muni 58 bus stops at Lakewood Apartments across Skyline Blvd (be careful when crossing). We plan to sit down to eat together at the Lake Merced picnic tables, so bring a lunch.<\/strong> The weather looks to be partly sunny with highs in the low 60’s and ocean breezes. Dress accordingly. It will be great to see each other in person again and to have a chance to talk and catch up! Newcomers are welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n
