Spring is here! Let’s get out, breathe the fresh air, and celebrate Autism Advancement Month<\/em><\/mark><\/strong> together on Saturday April 20! <\/mark><\/strong>Now that we can see clearly and the rain is gone, A<\/strong><\/span>A<\/strong><\/span>S<\/strong><\/span>C<\/strong><\/span>E<\/strong><\/span>N<\/strong><\/span>D<\/strong><\/span> is reprising last year’s friendly, sociable walk from San Francisco’s Marina Green to Aquatic Park,<\/mark><\/strong> this year with a side loop to the Palace of Fine Arts lagoon,<\/strong> <\/mark>exotic site of a thousand wedding photos.<\/p>\n\n\n

Our route will take us through ever-fascinating Fort Mason. We’ll meet at 11am<\/mark> <\/mark><\/strong>on<\/mark> <\/mark>Saturday, April 20,<\/mark><\/strong> at the Marina Green parking lot (<\/strong><\/mark>X<\/mark><\/strong> on the map), <\/strong>by the Phil’s Coffee truck, near the corner of Marina Blvd and Scott St. <\/mark>Click map for detail.<\/mark><\/em> There is usually plenty of parking in the Marina Green lot. <\/mark>NOTE: <\/mark><\/strong>The walk is at <\/mark>11am<\/strong><\/mark>, not the usual 10am AASCEND meeting time. <\/strong><\/mark> <\/strong><\/mark>We plan to sit down together to eat along the way, so bring a lunch.<\/mark><\/strong> It’s San Francisco, so dress accordingly! If weather threatens (please no!) check the AASCEND.org website<\/mark><\/strong> to be sure it’s on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will be fun to walk, talk and celebrate Spring together. See you there!<\/p>\n\n\n
