She is the founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gritandflow.com\">Grit &amp; Flow<\/a>, employment consultants serving the needs of the neurodiverse. She has a Ph.D. in Psychology, an MBA, and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration. She has <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">developed<\/mark><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#f60505\" class=\"has-inline-color\">LinkedIn Learning courses<\/mark><\/strong> such as <strong>Autism in the Workplace,<\/strong> <strong>Supporting Your Neurodivergent Colleagues,<\/strong> and ADHD: Strategies for Success in the Workplace. She regularly speak at conferences across the U.S. and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The &#8220;I Work Best When&#8230;&#8221; Framework is a comprehensive guide designed to empower neurodivergent professionals to identify, communicate, and advocate for their optimal working conditions. Developed by grit &amp; flow &#x2122;, this framework encourages individuals to understand their learning and working preferences, communicate their needs clearly, and partner with employers to implement accommodations that benefit everyone.
